What is included in the standard room booking?

Every standard booking at ApexSpaces includes high-speed Wi-Fi, use of the in-room AV equipment (display screen/projector), a whiteboard with markers, and complimentary water. Coffee and tea are included in select premium rooms and are available as an add-on for all others.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer a flexible cancellation policy. You can receive a full refund for cancellations made up to 72 hours before your scheduled booking. Cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours prior are eligible for a 50% refund or full credit for a future booking. Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking are non-refundable. For large-scale events, specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your contract.

Can I arrange a custom room layout?

Absolutely! Most of our rooms feature flexible furniture that can be arranged in various layouts such as classroom, theater, u-shape, or boardroom style. Please discuss your specific requirements with our booking team, and we will ensure the room is set up to your preference before your arrival. This service is complimentary for full-day bookings.

Is parking available on-site?

Most of our locations offer on-site or nearby paid parking facilities. Availability and rates vary by city and building. We recommend confirming the parking situation for your chosen location with our support team when you make your booking. We can provide detailed directions and information on the best parking options.

How do I book and pay for a room?

You can book a room by contacting us through the form on our website or by calling us directly. Our team will confirm availability and send you a booking link. Payment can be made securely online via credit/debit card, net banking, or UPI. A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking, with the balance due before the event begins.
