Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older, or represent a legitimate business entity, to book a room from this website. Minors may attend events only with the consent and active supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on their behalf.

Account and Booking Requirements

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate booking and account information for all rentals made through our service. We reserve the right to refuse any booking you place with us or to limit or cancel hours booked per person, company, or per event.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device to prevent unauthorized bookings.

Room Availability and Information

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the images and descriptions of our rooms and amenities. We cannot guarantee that the room will be identical to online representations. We reserve the right to limit the rental of our rooms to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

Fees & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept various secure payment methods as indicated during the booking process. Prices for our room rentals are subject to change without notice.

Booking Changes & Cancellations

If you wish to reschedule or cancel your booking, please contact our support team immediately. Changes and cancellations are subject to the timeframes and fees outlined in our Cancellation & Refund Policy below.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We offer a full refund for cancellations made up to 72 hours before your scheduled booking. Cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours prior are eligible for a 50% refund or full credit for a future booking. Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking are non-refundable. No refunds are provided for no-shows.

Intellectual Property & Website Use

The ApexSpaces name, logo, and all related service names, designs, and slogans are the intellectual property of ApexSpaces. All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Room Use & Liability

Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the room, premises, or equipment during their rental period. ApexSpaces is not liable for any personal injury or loss or damage to client property or proprietary information. Our liability for any service rented is strictly limited to the rental price of that service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on our website. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
